Why we exist
Alexandre Máximo founded MXMO. Years building digital commercial operations for companies in fitness, F&B, legal-tech, consortium credit, and insurance. Before MXMO, RevOps in premium B2B.
MXMO is born from a conviction: technology needs to be in the right place, the right way, connected to the number that matters for the business. We don't build to accumulate features, we build where the metric needs to move.
We're strategic and close. We think before building. We sit together, decide together, deliver together. Speed and depth in the same team, no trade-off between the two.

How we build
Premium used-car dealer in São Paulo. High average ticket, traction in place, informal network of referrers. Three structural problems at once: scalable sourcing channel, labor compliance, discreet sales of cars that don't fit a public marketplace.
We delivered a three-sided marketplace navigable in 5 business days. Referrer (mobile), seller (web + WhatsApp), backoffice (desktop). Typed mock data, LGPD compliance inside the flow. A software house takes 60 days for concept without code. MXMO delivers the navigable product in a fraction of the time.

Mercado Pura Fé is our contribution. A full management platform for the nonprofit sector: inventory with expiration tracking, families served with CredFé quota, donations via directed PIX, and radical transparency.
Every R$ donated is traceable to the product purchased and the family served. Built with the same rigor as our commercial work. Because dignity allows nothing less.
